Very nice app. Accurate distances although could use some work on orientation of holes, which can be difficult to read and find sometimes

Works flawless on my iPhone 4s. Find my distance easily and dont have to pay tons of money for a GPS feature like all these other app developer implementing. A+

Quit working two days ago. Deleted and reinstalled, still not working. Update - Still not working. Used to work great. Dont know what happened. Other golf gps apps that I have work fine.

What a great tool. Worked like a champ. Thanks for the free tool. My friend paid over a hundred for his devise and this was free. He is sick... Also has a smart phone and wishes he knew of this app!!

Does what I need, distance to hole. Its quick and no more estimating.

This app works on the golf course, of course. But it will work anywhere! When you bring it up it shows you your location and you can measure precise distances to anywhere! I will definitely be getting the paid version!

It comes handy when couldnt find the course in my other golf apps. Functionality is limited.

At first I thought this app was really cool. Its a great idea just needs some work. It would be nice if the compass was always active so you could face the target and the map line of sight matched. You can do this but it requires you to reset it every time you move. Seems to glitch occasionally... I get error messages and sometimes the map does not show.

initially I struggled using this because the map was too small and i was disoriented having the map always facing north... once i got used to orientation, i started zooming in on the landing areas with the 10 yard markers enabled up to 200 yards, this app became invaluable....there are some tricks that make it more user friendly, I rotate the screen so that it matches me facing toward the target, the most important skill is to zoom on your landing area, for example, when hitting to a green, zoom the gps so that the entire green fills the screen, from this view you can easily see "yardage to front of green" "yardage to back of green" and yardages to surrounding hazards.... the key is to practice zooming on your landing area so that you can finish getting all yardages within 10-15 seconds and then on to your preshot routine, executing the shot...i jam the phone in my pocket and Im ready to hit my shot....GREAT APP!!!!

I love this APP! Easy to use and keeps it simple stupid (KISS)! Im a fan and sold. Way better tool than Skycaddie. Bye bye Sky Golf

Says you have to be connected to Internet, which to some, since 60% of Americans barely finished junior high, could be confusing, as mine works with or w/out wifi connection. Great simple app!!! Nice work!

Great app! Who needs a range finder or golf gps app when this works just as good if not better! Easy to use! Why pay subscription fees w/ apps?

I started using this app on its initial release. I loved the idea… so simple and yet very quick and powerful to obtain distance for your shot and it performed extremely well. Unfortunately, I did not keep the first release. As new versions were put into circulation by the developer, the performance got slower and slower. Now this latest version is so slow it is unusable (attempted to use it yesterday). The app plots "your spot" on the map pretty quickly, but the map takes several minutes to load (so you have a blue dot on a black grid, which is no help). I suspect this is partly due to the app connecting to the now included ads (Ive used other map GPS apps at the same time and those maps load fine). There has been increasingly slower map loadings in each subsequent release, which may be caused by "additional features" that the developer added (mark the ball, etc.). I dont want or need those features, just give me the ability to quickly get my yardage. If the developer released a version in which you could select the features you want (say only yardage) and it performed as well as the first version, I would happily pay more than the current price of the app. As it is now, I will not try to use this app anymore. I will start searching for a golf GPS app that loads quickly and gets me the info I want fast.. and Ill even pay for it if need be.

It is not accurate it says something 10 yards away is 40 yards away

Just downloaded this today and Im playing on a course in northern Michigan near Cadillac. Currently waiting out the rain on the 8th tee. I have 2 bars on my Verizon signal and the App has worked perfect ! Highly recommend.

Just downloaded and opened. It showed I was in my neighbors house. I put the arrow where I am in my house and I was 23 yards away. Went outside and it showed I was in my neighbors house across the street 39 yards from where I was. Im thinking this thing is worthless
