It would be nice if you could search for a course

Does what it is supposed to do. I downloaded this one by accident. The one my buddy was using kept changing the distance. This one was always spot on. The drop feature is really nice.

I dont usually write reviews but I must. This app is incredible!!!!! Found it just prior to tee time and soooo glad I did! Yardage was precise on every hole. No need to guess where to hit if unfamiliar with the course. Works with google maps for any course on the planet for free!! Drop a pin by bunkers or water hazards to see continual distance. I was very impresses and amazed!!! Loaded fast and instant spool up from standby on my iphone4. Great job.

Easier than my Pin Seeker rangefinder; works on any course.

Too dark and not user friendly for golf, but is a functioning GPS device.

Just used this app today, it was great! Perfect for yardage, easy to use. Drag pin & drop for yards. Great on batt life.

This is a simple way to know what you want to know, "Distance". I have not used it on a golf course yet, but I used it in my back pasture and it told me yardage Ive wondered about and it seems to be dead on. Looking forward to using it insted of my golf distance finder which is kind of a pain sometimes due to the distance flux.

Just finished 18 with Golf GPS - it was great. Not alot of bells and whistles, but it tells you your yardage to wherever you want it to. Simple to use and accurate.

I loved how easy to use it is, and that is in its simplicity. Its simply Google Maps with yardage circles around our current location, with a twist. I like that I can move the map, and it will redraw the circles. Only a few wish list items. One would be a basic score card, so I dont have to switch to a scoring app, or write on a score card. Second would be the ability to create names for the markers we drop. A use for that would be to name the holes, to make it easier to see where I am. Thanks for a goos app!

Tells you all the yardage and stuff

Works flawless and now I always know for sure the yardage where all other apps you rely on the quality of the drawn maps. You should build in a scorecard and charge for the new version.
